Summer Registration Is Open! Details Here!

Parts & Crafts summer program registration is OPEN! REGISTER HERE!

Below are details about this year’s sessions as well as some important information new for 2026 so please read carefully!

SUMMER 2026 INFO:

  1. Early Bird Pricing. Take advantage of discounted pricing by registering before April 1st to save up to $50 per week of summer programming. Please note the discount will not apply until checkout, so you will see the full, post- April 1 price listed on the registration page.

  1. Need-based Scholarships: we will have some amount of funding for free and reduced cost spots available to kids from households earning 60% or less than the area median income (AMI is currently $148,900 for a 3 person household). Even if you have completed the scholarship application before, you must do so again for summer programs. While there is no deadline at this time, and we will announce one when/if we impose one, we will be granting these spots on a rolling basis, and all programs are space-limited, so the earlier you can complete this, the better. You can find the form here.

  1. Installment payments and outstanding balances: Last year, there was some confusion amongst folks who selected “installment” payment plans at the time of registration. For all programs, you are given the choice of paying all at once, or by installment which charges an initial amount followed by 5 monthly payments that automatically debit from the account you set up. Please read the scheduled installment dates carefully. Depending on when you register, installments may extend well beyond the date of the actual program. Please make sure that your account information is up to date for the entire time of the payment plan. If you have an overdue balance from programs in 2025 or earlier, we may cancel any additional registrations you sign up for. It’s a good idea to check your Amilia account to make sure your information is up to date and no payments are past due.

  1. By popular demand, more Arcade Week! Over the last few years Arcade week has become one of the most popular weeks of P&C for both kids and staff alike. So we figure, why not have more of a good thing? This year we will offer 2 Arcade weeks, July 6-10, and August 17-21. While kids are welcome to attend both, if you find one is full, consider registering for the other. Each will have our popular Friday event where family and friends will be invited to come enjoy the “P&C Arcade.”

  1. Waitlists: Definitely put yourself on waitlists of any sessions you want. They do move, but also we can sometimes add additional staffing where demand is high!

2026 Session information:

Below you will find the themes for each week of summer at P&C and a short description. While there’s always the opportunity to do any number of classic P&C projects and to use all of the supplies, we try to run a few activities each day in keeping with the theme of the week.
